據(jù)悉，陶氏化學(xué)已經(jīng)達(dá)成一項(xiàng)收購協(xié)議，計(jì)劃以約1.4億美元現(xiàn)金的價格收購科慕公司位于得克薩斯州博蒙特的苯胺生產(chǎn)設(shè)施。據(jù)IHS化學(xué)估計(jì)，科慕公司得州博蒙特苯胺生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的產(chǎn)能為17.2萬噸/年。該交易預(yù)計(jì)在2016年一季度完成。

　　Dow Chemical has reached agreement to acquire Chemours' aniline facility in Beaumont, TX for approximately $140 million in cash. The Beaumont, TX facility has aniline capacity of 172,000 m.t./year, according to IHS Chemical estimates. The deal is expected to close in first-quarter 2016.

　　"This acquisition allows Dow to integrate aniline into its MDI value chain in North America, thereby improving cost competitiveness, reducing earnings volatility, and providing access to aniline technology for future growth in Dow’s valuable polyurethanes business," Dow says.
